These terms govern your use of PulseView. We've kept them as plain as we can — if anything is unclear, just ask.
By creating an account or using PulseView (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
PulseView provides privacy-first web analytics. We collect aggregate, non-personal data about visits to the websites you connect, and present it to you as dashboards, reports, and shareable links. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use PulseView only for lawful purposes and only on websites you own or are authorized to analyze. You may not use the Service to collect personal or sensitive data through our script, to interfere with the Service, or to attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
Analytics data for the websites you connect belongs to you. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of PulseView complies with the laws that apply to your visitors.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of any price changes.
We work hard to keep PulseView available and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and analytics figures are estimates intended for insight, not for billing or legal purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseView is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
